THE BREAD:
Fresh homemade bread was an essential part of my childhood. My mother baked every weekend, leaving the house with a beautiful aroma and it had a wonderful taste.
As an adult living on my own, the memory of my mother’s baking came back to me. After speaking with my sister about the recipes and many attempts later, what I remembered was perfected. Since then our bread line has expanded to more than 15 varieties.

THE HONEY:
We moved from the fast pace life in New York City to the wonderful throwback of serenity and started our farm. In 2011 we started to learn beekeeping by helping a local beekeeper which lead to acquiring our own Apiary. Since then we have expanded to sell at a local store and several local Farmers Markets, which lead to the establishment of Bramble Bee Farm, LLC.
